To Shoot or not to Shoot, 2002

This paper examines the interactions between global and local media and society in the present climate.

It is hoped that a platform for positive media contributions towards conflict resolution and peace building can be established, based on the principles of peace journalism and more interventionist media strategies in societies experiencing violent conflict.
