ICT guidelines for practitioners, 2003

This booklet is an output of FDC’s Information and Communication for Development (IC4D) program.

The research involved both a literature review and field studies of ICT4D projects in Malaysia and Indonesia. Information is also drawn from a study entitled Digital dividends for the poor: ICT and poverty in Asia. FDC presented this study at an event associated with the World Summit on Information Society Asia-Pacific Regional Conference in January 2003
