Forging new partnerships, 1997

This paper summarises the main issues discussed at a recent meeting hosted by the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS), Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur on 2 December 1997. The international policy y dialogue group was convened by FDC and the meeting co-chaired by Dr Zainal Aznam, Deputy Director-General of ISIS and Dr John Conroy, Executive Director, FDC.
