The collection of papers in this publication sets out the detailed thinking which underlies the recommendations for a new Asia-Pacific approach to the collective promotion of economic and technical cooperation. These papers provide guidelines to implement economic and technical cooperation principles to give a human face to development; and a call for involvement of the business sector and other sectors of civil society including women and youth.
